We would not be where we are today without the support of people like you. We used Kickstarter, a website used to fund projects, to create and market EduJourney (Kickstarter, 2014). With the generous support of people like you, creative ideas, like EduJourney, have the power to come to life. In just 13 months, we were able to accumulate 1.3 million dollars from Kickstarter. Thanks to our supporters, EduJourney began to sell across Canada and the United States in September 2013, and around the world through our online store. Product sales were 500k in 2013. Currently, 2014 sales are at 1 million and it is projected that sales will be around 1.8 million at the end of 2014.

Our company is growing fast and it is difficult to manufacture enough products to meet the growing demand. We are putting our profits back into the company to further develop our video game line and into manufacturing facilities.

Your investment is valuable to the growth of our company.

We are asking for an investment to help create additional manufacturing facilities. Currently, we have one manufacturing facility operating in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We have recently received large purchase orders from Walmart and Costco, but do not have the means to fulfill such orders. These large chains are very interested in our products and are patiently waiting until we can create larger facilities. In the meantime, we are fulfilling their smaller purchase orders from select Walmart and Costco locations. We are confident these deals will increase our shareholder value, especially since these chains are easily accessible to our target market (parents, homeschoolers, teachers, tutors, principals, and students).

We are looking for a 1 million dollar investment for a 25% stake in our company. With your investment, we will be able to create another manufacturing facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We have considered the idea of outsourcing our products to China to reduce production costs, but we are committed to remaining a 100% Canadian manufactured company and in creating job opportunities in our nation.

EduJourney  is the future of learning, join us and become a part of history.
